Thank you all

Thank you all for your kind and thoughtful comments and emails regarding the loss of my Rocky dog.  I really appreciate it.  Please forgive me for not personally responding to all the comments like I usually try to do.  Words are difficult right now but I hope you understand and know how grateful I am for your sympathy.

My friend Karen made me this card and I thought I'd share it with you.  I love this poem, and like to think it is true.

Be well.

Hi Jan,

What a great card your friend has made for you. I had to increase the size of the picture to read the poem. As I read the poem I could picture "Rocky" in my mind doing just those things...in a place where all out beloved animals go....I think my Sam is joining in...even though he is a cat!! :)

Love and Blessings,

Susan

Man Man and Rocky could be hanging out checking out the woods just like this. I will think it's true and it will be, just dogs beings what we loved about them every minute. xox

Jan, I think, in some small way, Rocky was a part of *all* the blog family....his adventures and mischief, sweet face and that happy smile.
The loss spreads farther than you think....he was a GOOD bullie!

XXOO~~

We all know that time makes the loss less painful but right now it's at it's worst. You have many friends who are here for you. xox

Yes, it is a perfect card! Not to worry on returning emails for our/my posts! I had a hard enough time writing to you as I was crying so hard. Just brought more memories back on the loss of our Mandy. I think about her EVERY day and know you will as well about Rocky. They're good memories and funny ones too.

A good dog leaves a big hole in our
family when he leaves us. It's the
price we pay for their company in life. What a great dog that Rocky,
love that smile!

Hi! It has been a while since I came to visit, seem that I have had no time to visit blogs. I do think about you. I am so sorry to read about your loss, so hard to lose a companion that is always there. I know you will miss him.
